Job Summary

Job Description Position: HR Operations Location: Bengaluru Experience: 25 Years Industry: Logistics (Not Mandatory) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations employee documentation onboarding attendance payroll coordination HRMS and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities. Handle employee onboarding documentation induction transfers and exit formalities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Manage attendance leave and employee information through HRMS/HRIS. Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly payroll processing attendance inputs deductions and employee changes. Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) and exit-related documentation. Support PF ESIC gratuity and other statutory compliance activities. Prepare regular HR MIS reports and employee-related dashboards. Address employee queries related to HR policies payroll leave attendance and benefits. Support implementation and communication of HR policies and processes. Coordinate with various departments to resolve employee-related operational issues. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documents. Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities as required. Required Skills 25 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / People Operations. Good knowledge of employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding processes. Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS and MS Excel. Understanding of payroll coordination attendance and leave management. Basic knowledge of PF ESIC gratuity and statutory compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Experience in the Logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory. Education Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
