We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and oversee the schools human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee engagement recruitment performance management HR policies compliance and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records attendance leave and HR documentation.
- Handle performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure effective conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate payroll benefits and employee welfare activities.
- Support school leadership in manpower planning and HR-related decision-making.
- Promote a positive and professional work culture across the school.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience preferably in a school/education sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment employee relations HR policies and compliance.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
