Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can strengthen our HR framework by establishing strong policies aligning employee KRAs with business goals and managing end-to-end HR operations. The role requires someone who can balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR execution ensuring an efficient and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Develop implement and update HR policies processes and guidelines aligned with company objectives and labor laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR governance.
Provide guidance to leadership and employees on HR policies and best practices.
Design and manage the performance management framework for the organization.
Work with department heads to define align and track employee KRAs/KPIs in line with organizational goals.
Drive performance reviews feedback mechanisms and improvement plans.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure quality hiring.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee lifecycle management documentation and HR records.
Ensure smooth onboarding employee engagement and offboarding processes.
Maintain HR data reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
Support employee development and retention initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
3-6 years of HR experience preferably in a generalist or HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies performance management systems and HR operations
Experience in KRA/KPI framework design and implementation
Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
