We are a fast-growing marketing platform seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our global remote workforce. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment operations employee relations onboarding performance management and HR processes across multiple teams.
Position Overview
The HR Manager will oversee the employee lifecycle support managers and team members improve HR processes and help build a high-performance company culture. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and experienced in managing HR functions within a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support employee engagement retention and performance initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations and HR-related inquiries.
Work with department managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
Monitor employee performance review processes.
Ensure HR records and documentation are maintained accurately.
Support compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
Assist leadership with organizational development and team growth initiatives.
Requirements
3 years of HR or People Operations experience.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience supporting remote teams.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Experience
Marketing agency startup or remote-first company experience.
Experience supporting international teams.
Familiarity with HR software and people operations systems.
Experience working alongside recruiting and talent acquisition teams.
