HR IT Administrator
Job Summary
TheDormakabaAdministratorwill be part of theIT GlobalHR serviceteam.Dormakaba(EXOS and B-COMM HCM)is currently being used in variouscountries buthas been manageddecentrallyand only by external partnersso wasrecently added to theIT Global HRservice portfolioaiming to centralize management of the system set upand associated businessprocessesbuild up internal knowledge professionalizevendor relationships etc. Thisrolewilldrivethis process and the incorporation into our services application role willalsoact as the main point of contact for business and IT regardingDormakabaand will provide key maintenance support going forward.(70%)
This role will also act as the Specialist for one other dedicated HR IT system the specific system is still to be defined. Training will be provided. (30%)
Accountabilities:
Act asDormakabaSpecialist (70%)
Supportestablishingan international support framework forDormakabawith clear roles and responsibilities on businessITand external sideleveragingglobal and local stakeholders
Document the setup of our differentDormakabainstancesidentifyareas of optimization and harmonizationand work with stakeholders to realize these goals
Lead the design and delivery ofnewDormakabasolutionsandchanges to existing configurations
Act as 1stand 2ndlevel support for end users
Runmaintainand monitor theDormakabainstances and complete upgrades as appropriate
Support integrations to global and local systems like Workday and SAP
Ensure that solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance requirements
Ensure all processes are completedin alignment with Global IT standards and governance.
Create andmaintaintechnical documentation including solution design documents functional specifications test plans and cutover activities according to IT Governance standards
Act asSpecialist for other HR IT system (30%)
Exact system to be defined e.g. Qualtrics orWalkMe
Perform 1stlevel support activitiesandparticipatein system-relatedprojectsaftertraining
Understand functional requirements andimplement these while following internal IT Governance processes
Required core competencies and skill sets:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and intercultural skills that allow smooth collaboration with the business incl. coordination aroundsystem administration following up on to dos timelines etc.
Business Analyst mindset to understand the internal customers requirements and find the best solution for them
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to dive into and learn new systems
Experience in working in an international environment
Experience:
Bachelors degree inBusiness AdministrationComputer ScienceInformationSystemsor a related field or with several years ofrelevantprofessional experience
Approx.3years experienceinadministration or implementation ofDormakaba
Qualifications/Specialization:

German: B1 or higher
