Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Corporate Office Reporting to: Senior HR Manager / HR Head Role Objective To proactively build and maintain a ready-to-deploy execution bench across key business functions including Sales E-commerce Accounts Logistics and Manufacturing ensuring zero hiring lag and strong pipeline availability aligned to business growth plans. Key Responsibilities 1. Execution Bench Creation (Core Responsibility) Build a continuous pipeline (bench) of pre-screened candidates across: o Sales (B2B B2C Export HoReCa) o E-commerce (marketplaces D2C performance marketing) o Accounts & Finance o Logistics & Supply Chain o Manufacturing (Production Quality Maintenance Operators) Maintain ready-to-hire candidates mapped to priority roles (P1/P2/P3) 2. Proactive Sourcing Strategy Drive continuous sourcing through: o Job portals and LinkedIn o Referrals and internal networks o Consultants and vendor partners o Campus / ITI / diploma hiring (for manufacturing roles) Build function-wise talent pools not just role-based hiring 3. Screening & Pre-Qualification Conduct structured screening to evaluate: o Functional capability o Stability and intent o Compensation alignment o Role and environment fit Ensure candidates are interview-ready and deployment-ready 4. Demand Fulfilment (Fast Closure) Quickly activate pre-built bench against open roles Ensure minimum turnaround time (TAT) for closures Coordinate interviews and drive offer closure efficiently 5. Stakeholder Alignment Work closely with: o Sales E-commerce Finance Logistics and Plant Heads o HR Business Partners Understand evolving manpower needs and hiring priorities 6. Recruitment MIS & Bench Tracking Maintain structured trackers: o Bench strength by function o Candidate status (screened / interview-ready / offered / joined) o Priority mapping (P1/P2/P3 roles) Share weekly updates on: o Pipeline health o Closure readiness o Hiring gaps 7. Bulk & Strategic Hiring Initiatives Execute: o Walk-in drives (especially manufacturing & logistics roles) o Campus hiring programs o Targeted hiring campaigns for sales & e-commerce 8. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience Ensure professional communication and candidate engagement Build strong employer perception across all hiring touchpoints Maintain active candidate relationships for future roles
