HR Executive Hospitality Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with experience in the hospitality sector in Goa. The candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF ESIC Labour Laws) and hands-on experience in managing HR operations in hotels resorts or casinos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Maintain attendance leave and HR records
• Handle PF ESIC and labour law compliance & filings
• Support payroll processing and statutory deductions
• Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations
• Coordinate audits inspections and compliance documentation

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
• 25 years of HR experience in hospitality (hotel/resort/casino preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PF ESIC PT and labour law compliance
• Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems
• Good communication skills
