We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Consultant to support the Human Resources team across recruitment employee engagement and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to build practical experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing screening and candidate coordination.
Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update employee records HR databases and documentation.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects onboarding activities and people processes.
Eligibility
Recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Social Work or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
