HR Associate (US Process, Night Shift) Walk-in 13th June, 2026 Chennai

• Facilitate and process the On-boarding and Exit formalities for employees.

• Assist with everyday HR Operations and responding to queries.

• Creating managing and computing various HR metrics and data.

• Comfortable with communication through email and chat in English.

• Excellent at multitasking and juggling multiple tasks at the same time.

• Being proactive in communication with leadership as well as finding solutions to challenges that come up.

• Efficient at meeting deadlines for tasks and projects

• Coordinate correspondence with other supporting teams for smooth operations.

• Were looking for 0-5 years of experience with an academic background in Human Resources.

• Self Motivated in completion of day to day tasks and projects

• Professional in all work interactions.

• Comfortable working with various forms of HR technology and software.

• Experience with Google Suite (google sheets docs forms calendar gmail etc)

• Basic knowledge of basic HR concepts and etiquette.

• Ability to communicate information in English with clarity (Verbal & Written).

• Willing to work from 8:00pm IST - 5:00am IST.

• Private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.

• Ready for video calls at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining the human connection while working from Anywhere.

• Good Internet speed (Above 100 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).

• Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues).
