We are a transformer manufacturing and repair company specializing in Power EHV Converter Duty Inverter Duty and Furnace Transformers. The company operates a modern manufacturing facility and NABL-accredited testing laboratory serving leading industrial and power-sector customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing/plant HR recruitment employee relations statutory compliance and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee lifecycle and exit formalities.

  • Handle manpower planning recruitment and talent acquisition for plant and corporate requirements.

  • Manage attendance leave payroll inputs and HR MIS.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF ESIC PT and related compliances.

  • Handle employee relations grievances disciplinary matters and workforce engagement.

  • Coordinate with employees managers and plant leadership on HR-related matters.

  • Support performance management training employee engagement and HR initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate personnel records HR documentation and reports.

  • Manage coordination with contract labour / manpower agencies wherever applicable.

Candidate Profile
  • 6-8 years of relevant HR experience preferably in a manufacturing / engineering / industrial organization.

  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR Generalist activities.

  • Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

  • Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to independently manage HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

  • Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
