Responsibilities:
Housing Expertise:
- Partner with relocating candidates to find suitable housing options that meet their needs and budget.
- Research and maintain a comprehensive database of relocation resources including property management companies real estate agents and temporary housing options like Airbnb & VRBO.
- Assist candidates with navigating the housing market in different regions.
Benefits Administration:
- Provide clear and concise explanations of our companys comprehensive benefits package to candidates and new hires.
- Assist with the enrollment process for health insurance retirement plans and other benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits information for all recruitment materials.
- Address employee benefit inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Additional Duties:
- Stay current on industry trends in relocation and employee benefits.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our housing and benefits support programs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel domain benefits administration or a related field. (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of the relocation process and employee benefits landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
