Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans presentations assignments and assessment materials.
- Provide practical industry-oriented training and mentorship to students.
- Conduct classroom activities demonstrations and workshops.
- Evaluate student performance through exams projects and practical assessments.
- Support students with internships placements and career guidance.
- Participate in curriculum planning and other academic activities.
- Maintain professional standards and discipline in classrooms and practical labs.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel preferably in the Housekeeping department.
- Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations hospitality standards and guest service practices.
- Ability to connect practical industry experience with academic teaching.
