Salary - 35k-40 k

Timing - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experiencedHospitality Trainerto prepare students for successful careers in the hotel and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry knowledge inFood & Beverage ServiceandFront Office Operations along with excellent teaching communication and mentoring skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training while motivating students to build successful careers in hospitality.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma inHotel Managementfrom a recognized institute.
  • Specialization or strong expertise inFood & Beverage ServiceandFront Office Operations.

Experience:

  • Minimum510 yearsof experience in the hotel industry.
  • Prior experience in training or teaching hospitality students will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in reputed hotels is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and practical training in Hospitality and Hotel Management.
  • Train students inFood & Beverage ServiceFront Office Operations guest handling and hospitality etiquette.
  • Prepare students according to current hotel industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations role plays and mock hotel operations.
  • Develop lesson plans training materials assignments and assessments.
  • Motivate and guide students to build confidence and pursue successful careers in the hospitality industry.
  • Provide career counseling and interview preparation for hotel placements.
  • Monitor students attendance discipline and academic performance.
  • Organize workshops guest lectures and industry interaction sessions.
  • Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for internships and job opportunities.
  • Maintain training records and submit reports as required by the management.
  • Stay updated with the latest hospitality trends and incorporate them into training sessions.
