🼠Experience Required: 35 years in the hospitality industry
🎠Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

ðŸ Working Days

• Monday to Saturday

• Sunday: Weekly off

ðŸ Salary

• â¹30000 â¹40000 per month (based on experience and skills)

🌠Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor hospitality staff and trainees

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions

• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback

• Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality practices

• Support placement readiness and industry grooming of candidates

✠Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Ability to motivate and guide trainees effectively

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
