Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will supervise service staff maintain coordination with the kitchen team and uphold high standards of hospitality and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage floor operations during service hours
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Monitor service quality and enhance guest satisfaction
- Train guide and motivate stewards for efficient service delivery
- Handle guest queries complaints and escalations professionally
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards
- Maintain cleanliness presentation and ambiance of the service area
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field
- 47 years of experience in Food & Beverage service
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a supervisory role
