Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Understanding the client requirements and manage end-to-end recruitment(Both Permanent Hiring and Contract Hiring )
Sourcing and calling candidates through Database / Job portals / Social media.
Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
Following up with the candidates for interview.
Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
Supporting in on-boarding formalities.
Target Based Job
Understanding the requirements as per JD.
Good Understanding of IT skills.
Closely work with Hiring managers.
Effective communication & negotiation skills.
Good Team Player.
Should be self-motivated & independent.
Ability to work & deliver under pressure.
Requirements:
1. Graduates/Post Graduates having minimum 6 Months of recruitment experience into a Recruitment .
