The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance condition monitoring root cause analysis equipment health assessment and on-site technical support to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy industrial equipment. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot mechanical failures. Carry out condition monitoring including vibration temperature and oil analysis. Assess equipment health and recommend corrective actions. Support equipment installation commissioning and servicing. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely maintenance execution. Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Requirements Mandatory Skills Preventive Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Condition Monitoring Vibration Analysis Mechanical Troubleshooting Equipment Health Assessment Installation & Commissioning Customer Support Eligibility Criteria in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory) 812 years of relevant service and maintenance experience. Hands-on experience with Sandvik Crushers Screens and Feeders is mandatory. Strong expertise in preventive maintenance breakdown maintenance RCA vibration analysis and condition monitoring. Good customer handling communication and troubleshooting skills. Willing to work at Jharsuguda Odisha.
