Job Summary
- Gather analyze and translate business requirements into effective Fieldglass configurations
- Configure and manage key modules including CWM Profile Worker workflows and master data
- Design develop and support API-driven and file-based integrations with Ariba S/4HANA and other external systems
- Lead and execute SITUAT testing including defect resolution and validation
- Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers to ensure alignment and delivery
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass functional implementations
- Proven expertise in CWM Profile Worker and contingent workforce management processes
- Strong experience in API and batch integration with external systems (Ariba S/4HANA etc.)
- End-to-end implementation and testing experience across multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with service procurement and worker profile management workflows

Summary: The SAP Fieldglass Functional API Integration Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and integration of SAP Fieldglass within enterprise environments across PAN India. This role focuses on configuring core Fieldglass modulesCWM Profile Worker and workflowswhile designing and supporting robust API and batch-based integrations with external systems such as Ariba and S/4HANA. The consultant acts as a bridge between business needs and technical execution ensuring seamless data flow system interoperability and compliance with business processes. With a strong emphasis on end-to-end implementation testing and go-live support this position is critical to achieving operational efficiency and scalability in contingent workforce management.
