Job Summary
- Design and deliver interactive curriculum-aligned mathematics lessons for primary-level students (Grades 15).
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids technology and hands-on activities to enhance conceptual understanding.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations providing timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance attendance and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers parents and school administrators to support student development.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education () or equivalent with a specialization in Mathematics.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary education (preferred in a CBSE/ICSE/State Board school).
- Strong command of primary-level mathematics curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology (e.g. smart boards learning management systems).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt content for varied learning styles.
- Passion for nurturing young minds and promoting a growth mindset in mathematics.
