We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager (MPS) to drive elevator project sales across the Pune region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in elevator project sales strong industry relationships and a proven track record of securing high-value projects with builders developers consultants architects and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of elevators and vertical transportation solutions for residential commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through builders developers architects consultants and contractors.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
Negotiate contracts pricing and commercial terms to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering estimation installation and service teams for successful project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and project stakeholders.
Track market trends competitor activities and upcoming construction projects.
Ensure achievement of monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts CRM updates and management reports.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Elevator Project Sales.
Strong knowledge of elevator products specifications and project sales processes.
Experience handling residential commercial hospitality healthcare and high-rise building projects.
Excellent negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business development and customer relationship management capabilities.
Preferred Profile
Experience with leading elevator companies.
Established network with builders developers architects consultants and MEP consultants in Pune.
Self-motivated target-driven and capable of independently handling large-value projects.
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
