Preferred Industry Flexible Packaging (Mandatory) Printing Industry (Mandatory) FMCG Packaging Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Printing Head to lead end-to-end printing operations in a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in printing lamination slitting production planning quality management and team leadership with a proven track record of driving productivity quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end printing operations including printing lamination slitting packing and production planning. Ensure production targets are achieved while optimizing machine utilization and minimizing downtime. Supervise and develop production quality packing and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with customer quality standards shade matching and quality control processes. Plan and monitor raw material requirements including inks films laminates adhesives and other consumables. Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency. Monitor production costs reduce material wastage and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with FSMS GMP safety standards SOPs and quality policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and process optimization. Requirements Mandatory Skills Printing Operations Flexible Packaging Lamination Slitting Production Planning Quality Management Machine Utilization & Maintenance Waste & Cost Control Team Management Lean Manufacturing FSMS & GMP Compliance Candidate Requirements 1015 years of experience in the Flexible Packaging Printing or FMCG Packaging industry. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Hands-on experience in printing lamination slitting packaging and production planning. Strong knowledge of quality systems food safety standards and process improvement. Excellent leadership problem-solving and people management skills.
