Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to lead end-to-end plant operations at our Vadodara facility. The candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence production efficiency safety quality and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete plant operations including production maintenance quality safety and dispatch
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum resource utilization
- Drive productivity improvement cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives
- Implement process improvements and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards quality systems and statutory regulations
- Lead mentor and manage plant teams effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as supply chain procurement engineering and quality
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management review
- Handle manpower planning and workforce productivity
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Plant Operations / Manufacturing Operations
- Proven experience in managing plant operations and large teams
- Strong knowledge of production processes maintenance quality and safety systems
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing / TPM / Six Sigma will be an added advantage
- Candidates from any industry can apply; manufacturing industry background preferred
