Job Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join as NAPS Apprentice Machine Operators in the Production Department. This opportunity is ideal for ITI Diploma and Degree pass-out candidates who are looking to start their career in the manufacturing industry. Selected candidates will be trained in machine operations production processes quality standards and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Ensure product quality by following company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety and production guidelines.
