Job Summary
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with system records to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date records of asset lifecycle activities including installation relocation modification and disposal across all PAN locations.
- Manage IT asset data in HPITOM including desktops laptops servers network devices mobiles iPads scanners and other hardware.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes by updating asset details for new and resigned users.
- Prepare and submit half-yearly PAV (Physical Asset Verification) reports to the client in the prescribed format.
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports as per customer requirements.
- Verify incoming IT assets against purchase requisitions purchase orders and delivery advices.
- Track and maintain records of faulty disposed and end-of-life (EOL) assets.
- Maintain a centralized repository of procured hardware with complete details including AMC warranty information and vendor data.
- Provide management with reports on asset utilization lifecycle status and retirement planning.
- Support FNF (Full and Final) settlement processes by providing accurate asset input to relevant departments.
- Coordinate dispatch of IT assets to domestic locations in collaboration with the Onsite dispatch team at Glenmark.
- Manage incoming and outgoing material records including vendor coordination and documentation.
- Facilitate change control processes and ensure all asset movements are approved and documented.
- 3-6 years of experience in IT asset management or related administrative/operations role.
- Proficiency in using HPITOM or similar IT asset management tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Experience in conducting physical inventory audits and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with procurement workflows including PO and invoice processing.
- Ability to generate and analyze MIS reports and present data clearly.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple sites and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware lifecycle warranty and AMC management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other standard office productivity tools.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with frequent stakeholder interactions.
