Hiring IT Support Engineer – Bhuinpur, Khorda

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Engineer to manage and support plant IT infrastructure and end-user systems at our manufacturing facility in Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for IT support network management cybersecurity compliance vendor coordination and maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations within the plant environment.

This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities infrastructure support experience and coordination with regional/global IT teams for system implementations and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & System Support

• Provide day-to-day support for Windows PCs servers printers and office IT equipment
  
• Support enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365 Outlook Teams SharePoint Excel and ERP systems
  
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting activities
  

Network & Security

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN VPN firewall and Wi-Fi connectivity
  
• Support cybersecurity measures including antivirus patching backups and access control
  
• Perform basic IT security audits and follow corporate security standards
  

User Support & Helpdesk

• Provide technical support to plant and office users
  
• Resolve hardware software and network-related issues
  
• Maintain IT asset inventory and user access management records
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with ISPs hardware vendors and system integrators
  
• Work closely with regional/global IT teams for rollout activities and escalation support
  
• Support implementation and upgrade of new IT systems and applications
  

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare IT procedures manuals and system documentation
  
• Ensure compliance with IT policies audit standards and security requirements
  
• Maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews
  

• Strong knowledge of Windows systems and IT infrastructure support
  
• Experience in LAN/WAN VPN firewall and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Outlook Teams and SharePoint
  
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IT compliance
  Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
• Vendor coordination and stakeholder management ability
  
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
  
• Ability to work independently in the manufacturing/plant environment
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in:
  
• Information Technology
  
• Computer Science
  
• Related Technical Discipline
  
• 45 years of relevant IT support/infrastructure experience preferred
