We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Asst. Vice President Marketing for our Foundry Division to drive strategic marketing initiatives business growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing and business development within the foundry or metal casting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing and amp; Business Development:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share in the foundry industry.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities market trends and customer needs.
- Lead product positioning pricing strategies and competitive analysis to drive revenue growth.

Sales and amp; Customer Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients industry stakeholders and partners.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Market Research and amp; Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

Branding and amp; Digital Marketing:
- Oversee brand management advertising and promotional activities for the foundry division.
- Leverage digital marketing tools trade shows and industry events to enhance brand presence.

Leadership and amp; Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 20 years in Sales Marketing and amp; business development in the foundry metal casting Iron Alumimium Forging industries.
- Should be dealing with OEMs like Tractor CV Off-highway segments
- Tractor : M and amp;MTafe Escorts ITL
- Industrial- Cummins Caterpillar KOEL etc.
- Trucks Tata Cummins Volvo Daimler etc.
- Education: BEMBA in Marketing / related technical field preferred.

- Skills:
- Proven leadership in B2B marketing and amp; business growth strategies.
- Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing branding and strategic planning.
- Ability to drive global and domestic market expansion.
