Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns - Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules fares and policies - Process ticket reservations and changes - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues - Ensure all customer interactions are in compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling stressful situations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience - Keep updated on airline industry trends and changes in policies and procedures Requirements: - Minimum 12th pass or equivalent education - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Proficient in computer and internet usage - Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh Punjab India.
