Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations for installation servicing and basic technical support activities
- Assist in inspection troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment/devices
- Handle basic repair and field support tasks under supervisor guidance
- Coordinate with the service team for daily work assignments and updates
- Maintain service reports and customer visit records
- Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Provide professional and courteous support to customers during field visits

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
