Hiring: Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Agency Hiring)

We are looking for experienced Recruiters from the staffing consultancy or agency recruitment background to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment from the agency/consultancy side
  

• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri LinkedIn job portals and social media
  

• Experience in screening interviewing and coordinating candidates
  

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  

• Experience hiring for IT and Non-IT roles is preferred
  

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates based on client requirements
  

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
  

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  

• Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience
  

• Work closely with clients and hiring managers
