We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Manage calendars appointments meetings and travel schedules for senior management.
- Handle emails correspondence and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare reports presentations MIS reports and business documents using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Maintain records files databases and confidential information with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Take meeting minutes track action items and follow up for timely completion.
- Assist in data management reporting and administrative activities.
- Support day-to-day office operations and executive requirements.
- Organize meetings schedule appointments and manage business-related documentation.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between management and various teams.
- Female candidate preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant Executive Secretary Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Good organizational multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
