HEMM Mechanica

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professional HEMM Mechanical Technician to join our team on a contract basis. This role is essential for ensuring the operational excellence and longevity of our heavy earthmoving machinery fleet contributing directly to our productivity and efficiency targets in Singrauli Madhya Pradesh.

• Perform comprehensive maintenance diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
• Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues within heavy construction equipment ensuring adherence to safety protocols and technical specifications.
• Document all maintenance activities repairs and technical findings in accordance with company reporting standards.
• Operate and maintain specialized tools and diagnostic equipment required for heavy machinery upkeep.
• Collaborate with site operations to ensure equipment availability meets production requirements.
• Strictly adhere to all health safety and environmental regulations while performing onsite service tasks.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven professional experience ranging from 2 to 10 years in the maintenance and repair of heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Strong technical expertise in HEMM systems including engine hydraulic and transmission diagnostics.
• Ability to interpret complex technical manuals schematics and service bulletins.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment.
