• Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machines for the production of springs and wire forms.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or production issues.
• Support inventory management by organizing materials and tracking usage for reordering purposes.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Ability to operate and assist in maintaining CNC machinery and other automated equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
