Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for GCC countries including Saudi Arabia UAE Qatar Oman Bahrain and Kuwait.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across GCC countries.
- Source Nurses Doctors Pharmacists Medical Technicians Allied Healthcare Professionals and other healthcare staff.
- Use job portals databases references social media and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements qualifications experience licensing and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate candidate interviews assessments selections and client/agent interactions.
- Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
- Coordinate documentation DataFlow Prometric healthcare licensing medicals and deployment formalities as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal documentation operations client and overseas agent teams.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly recruitment selection offer and joining targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS candidate records trackers and regular follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future GCC requirements.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / International Recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting Nurses Doctors Pharmacists Technicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals.
- GCC or international healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GCC healthcare licensing and verification processes such as DataFlow Prometric MOH DOH DHA and SCFHS will be an advantage.
- Experience working with manpower recruitment agencies will be preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing screening follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals databases MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.

Required Skills:
24 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / International Recruitment. Experience in recruiting Nurses Doctors Pharmacists Technicians and Allied Healthcare Professionals. GCC or international healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
