Job Summary
Job Purpose:
Lead the overall Engineering function and provide technical and strategic leadership across multidisciplinary engineering analysis design and project delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across various projects.
- Provide technical leadership for engineering analysis and design activities.
- Review and guide engineering concepts designs calculations specifications and technical deliverables.
- Provide technical oversight for Cooling Towers NDCT IDCT BOP structures and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure effective coordination across Civil & Structural Mechanical Electrical Piping and other engineering disciplines.
- Support technical proposals feasibility studies engineering planning and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes standards quality and project requirements.
- Lead technical reviews resolve complex engineering issues and manage key engineering interfaces.
- Develop engineering capabilities mentor teams and drive standardisation innovation and continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; Masters degree will be an advantage.
- 25 years of experience in Engineering / Design / Consultancy / EPC environment.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary engineering and technical leadership.
- Good understanding of analysis design and engineering management.
- Exposure to Cooling Towers NDCT IDCT and BOP structures will be an advantage.
- Strong technical analytical problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering; Masters degree will be an advantage.
