Job Summary
Teach core and elective courses in Finance Accountancy Audit Taxation and Management at the undergraduate (BBA).
Ensure effective delivery of theory and practical courses through innovative teaching methodologies.
Enhance classroom engagement by using multimedia tools digital platforms PowerPoint presentations videos and case studies.
Prepare detailed teaching plans well in advance including:
Lecture schedules and topics
Assignments tests and assessments
Demonstrations presentations and screenings
Communicate course plans and academic schedules clearly to students at the beginning of the term.
Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
Institutional & Event Responsibilities
Actively participate in and provide full support for organizing:
Seminars workshops guest lectures
Conferences FDPs student activities and campus events
Promote a culture of academic excellence discipline and professional ethics.
Strong computer proficiency (theoretical and practical).
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Experience with Financial and Accounting Software tools/modules is preferred.
Familiarity with G Suite / Google Workspace applications (Docs Sheets Classroom Drive etc.).

Required Skills:
First-class Masters Degree in a relevant discipline OR a minimum of 55% marks at the Masters level. Ph.D. awarded or Ph.D. being pursued from a reputed Institute / University.
