Job Description:
Configure and customize Guidewire BillingCenter features including billing accounts invoices settlements and payments.
Develop and maintain configuration rules workflows and business logic in BillingCenter.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand billing requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate BillingCenter with Guidewire PolicyCenter ClaimCenter and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
Participate in system testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to configuration changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new features and implementing Guidewire best practices.
