Guest Service Associate Housekeeping Fairmont Agra

• Maintain and clean guest rooms bathrooms and common areas to the highest Fairmont standards ensuring all spaces are immaculate and welcoming
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests special needs and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Inspect rooms upon completion of cleaning to verify quality standards attention to detail and compliance with property specifications
• Manage and organize housekeeping supplies and inventory reporting low stock levels and maintaining efficient supply usage
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize room assignments and meet daily cleaning schedules
• Report maintenance issues damages or safety concerns to supervisory staff immediately for prompt resolution
• Follow all health safety and sanitation protocols including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues in a professional manner maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Assist with special projects deep cleaning initiatives and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or guest service experience in a hospitality setting
• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety protocols
