Guest Service Associate F&B Service Fairmont Agra

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm professional demeanor upon arrival at the restaurant or dining venue
• Seat guests promptly and present menus while providing information about current specials and dining options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner ensuring proper presentation and temperature standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items wine pairings and dining experiences based on guest preferences
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area including tables chairs and service stations
• Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings while maintaining the ambiance of the dining space
• Process guest payments accurately and professionally including handling cash credit cards and digital transactions
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen bar and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Comply with all health safety and food service regulations and hotel service standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests with courtesy and professionalism escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during peak service periods

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or guest-facing hospitality roles
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
