Job Summary
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring a positive first impression
- Respond promptly to guest queries and concerns resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner with empathy and active listening
- Provide supportive guidance to reception team members to foster a collaborative work environment
- Maintain accurate front-office logs shift reports and comprehensive records of guest information bookings and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to address operational needs and resolve day-to-day issuesRemain flexible and willing to work extended hours or shifts as needed to support hotel operationsAdapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with composure
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in guest relations front-office operations or customer-facing hospitality roles
- Experience with hotel management systems or reservation software
