Guest Relation Associate Fairmont Agra

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining efficiency and courtesy
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly providing accurate information about hotel amenities services and local attractions
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Coordinate with various hotel departments (housekeeping maintenance food and beverage) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences in the property management system to personalize future visits
• Provide concierge services including restaurant reservations transportation arrangements and local recommendations
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and service standards at all times
• Assist with special requests and arrangements for events celebrations or specific guest needs
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure consistent and coordinated guest service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the Fairmont brand
• Support the front office team during peak periods and special events

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of guest service or hospitality experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with property management systems and standard computer applications
