GSA Housekeeping

• Clean service and prepare guest rooms suites and public areas according to  Accor hotel standards.
• Replenish guest amenities minibar supplies linens and room essentials while ensuring exceptional presentation.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Report maintenance issues lost & found items and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow hotel hygiene safety and brand standards to maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent.
• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping preferred.
• Prior experience in housekeeping operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment chemicals and safety procedures.
