Role Overview
As a Growth Trainee you will play a key role in expanding the NextInHR ecosystem by identifying engaging and onboarding HR professionals recruitment agencies executive search firms HR solution providers employers and other industry stakeholders.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy research communication relationship building and working in a fast-growing environment.
You will receive hands-on training in growth strategies LinkedIn outreach business communication lead generation partnership development and community building.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Data Building
Identify HR professionals recruitment agencies executive search firms and HR solution providers through LinkedIn company websites directories and other online sources.
Build and maintain accurate databases of potential members and partners.
Verify and update information to ensure data quality.
Outreach & Engagement
Connect with prospects through LinkedIn email and other communication channels.
Introduce NextInHR and explain its value proposition.
Follow up with prospects and answer basic questions.
Encourage registrations profile completion and participation on the platform.
Community Growth
Help onboard new HR professionals and recruitment agencies.
Assist in promoting jobs gigs certifications webinars and community initiatives.
Support activities that increase platform engagement and membership growth.
Partnership Support
Identify potential partners sponsors training providers and HR technology companies.
Assist in initiating conversations and coordinating onboarding activities.
Reporting
Maintain outreach and onboarding records.
Track daily and weekly activities.
Submit progress updates to the Growth Manager.

Requirements
Education
Graduate in any discipline
Final-year students awaiting results may also apply
Skills
Good communication skills in English
Comfortable using LinkedIn Google Search and online tools
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Strong internet research skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
Interest in HR Recruitment Sales Marketing or Business Development
Previous internship experience (not mandatory)
