We are looking for enthusiastic Growth Associates to support lead generation client engagement and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in business development and HR-Tech.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls emails LinkedIn and WhatsApp
- Research prospective customers and maintain sales pipeline
- Engage with founders HR leaders and business owners
- Schedule meetings and demos for the consulting team
- Maintain CRM records and track lead progress
- Support marketing and business growth activities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Internship exposure in Sales HR Recruitment or Marketing preferred
