As a Growth Associate you will identify prospective clients initiate conversations nurture leads and create business opportunities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a career in business development client engagement and HR-Tech.
Generate and qualify leads through calls emails LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Research prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Engage with founders HR leaders and business owners.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the consulting team.
Maintain CRM records and track lead progress.
Support marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Internship exposure in Sales HR Recruitment or Marketing preferred.
