Growth Associate

As a Growth Associate you will assist in developing innovative strategies that enhance client engagement and drive growth for our HR solutions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify potential opportunities and cultivate relationships that lead to successful partnerships.

We offer a competitive salary range of 10000 - 18000 per month along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and career advancement.

• Assist in implementing growth strategies to increase market share
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and feedback
• Support the marketing team in campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
• Maintain and update client databases and contact records
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve client outreach
• Prepare reports on growth metrics and performance
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing and sales principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior internship or project experience in HR or marketing is a plus
