Job Title: Group Leader (Content Moderation Operations)
Location: Bangalore Band: B2 Experience: 5 Years Shift: 24/7 Rotational
Key Skills Required
- Team leadership and people management
- Experience managing Team Leaders/large operations teams
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to drive performance metrics (Accuracy SLA AHT Attrition Shrinkage)
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
- Knowledge of trending topics current affairs social media political sports and sensitive content
Good to Have
- Lean / Six Sigma Certification
- Content Moderation operations experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Team Leaders and agents.
- Drive operational excellence and achieve business KPIs.
- Monitor and improve Accuracy SLA Productivity Attrition and Shrinkage.
- Analyze data identify gaps and implement process improvements.
- Develop team capability through coaching feedback and performance management.
- Ensure high-quality delivery while managing stakeholder expectations.
Qualification
- Graduate
- CEFR B2 level English communication (Read Write Speak)
