Position: Group Finance Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Kochi

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Data Analytics Information Systems Mathematics or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis FP&A Business Intelligence Data Analytics or Financial Reporting. Experience with Power BI and SQL. Knowledge of Power Query Power Automate or VBA is preferred.

About the Role
This role supports Group Management and the Assistant Group Controller with financial reporting analysis forecasting reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives across operations in North America Europe and Asia. The position combines financial analysis business intelligence data management reporting automation and Power BI dashboard development to deliver accurate timely and actionable financial information to Finance and Operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Support forecasting month-end close and financial reporting.
- Build reusable datasets and improve reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and automated data extracts.
- Use Excel Power Query Power Automate and VBA to automate manual reporting.
- Validate reconcile and troubleshoot financial data.
- Convert manual Excel reports into standardized BI solutions.
- Identify trends risks and opportunities from financial data.
- Work with Finance Accounting Operations and IT teams.
- Support Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to users of reporting tools.
- Use AI-enabled tools such as GPT Claude and Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and analytics.
