Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to drive business growth profitability and portfolio management within the IT Distribution business. The role will be responsible for managing product strategies vendor relationships sales enablement business analytics and team leadership to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen analytical capabilities stakeholder management skills and experience working with OEMs channel partners and internal sales teams in the technology distribution ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Management
  • Develop and execute business strategies for assigned product portfolios.

  • Own revenue profitability market share and growth objectives.

  • Drive business planning forecasting and performance monitoring.

  • Identify new growth opportunities market trends and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Vendor Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and technology vendors.

  • Lead business reviews joint planning sessions and growth initiatives with vendor partners.

  • Negotiate commercial programs pricing structures rebates and promotional activities.

  • Ensure achievement of vendor business objectives and strategic targets.

Sales Enablement & Business Development
  • Work closely with sales teams to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.

  • Support opportunity identification pipeline development and strategic deal closures.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and market expansion.

  • Conduct product positioning and competitive differentiation initiatives.

Analytics & Business Insights
  • Analyze sales performance profitability market trends and business metrics.

  • Develop forecasts dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.

  • Monitor inventory demand planning and business performance indicators.

  • Leverage data analytics to recommend business improvement actions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales Marketing Operations Finance and Supply Chain teams.

  • Ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution.

  • Drive successful execution of promotional programs campaigns and business initiatives.

  • Support process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Team Management & Leadership
  • Lead mentor and develop a team of product management and business professionals.

  • Drive a performance-oriented culture focused on business growth and customer success.

  • Set team objectives monitor performance and provide regular coaching.

  • Foster collaboration and capability development across teams.

Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends competitive activities and emerging technologies.

  • Develop market insights and recommendations for strategic business growth.

  • Track competitor strategies pricing and product positioning.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen market presence and competitive advantage.

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering Information Technology Business Commerce or related field.

  • MBA preferred.

Preferred Experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in Product Management Business Management Category Management or Vendor Management roles.

  • Prior experience in the IT Distribution / Technology Distribution industry.

  • Exposure to working with OEMs channel partners and enterprise technology solutions.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth profitability and business expansion.
