Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

At Syngenta our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers success. To support this mission were looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and bring ideas to life through compelling this role youll partner with stakeholders across the business to create designs that communicate clearly and creatively - from social media content and event branding to presentations and global campaigns. Youll work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative energy to every project.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety - one day youre designing a global campaign the next youre crafting an event booth concept or mentoring a teammate. Youll be part of a collaborative creative team where your ideas matter your craft is valued and your work reaches audiences around the world. Accountabilities:

• Design engaging visuals for brochures posters banners infographics social media presentations and reports across print and digital formats.
• Create branded event materials including booth designs apparel giveaways and signage for global and regional campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and formats ensuring adherence to Syngentas brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders contributing to creative brainstorming and providing design support for motion graphics and video content.
• Mentor junior designers conduct peer reviews and follow defined processes and service level agreements.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Fine Arts Visual Communication or graduation from a recognized Design school.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva.
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal).Demonstrated ability to design for both print and digital media.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of work including branding social media and campaign assets.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience designing interiors or spatial branding for office environments.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects Premiere Pro).
• Experience working within a global or multi-regional brand framework.
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and content optimization (LinkedIn Instagram SharePoint).
