Summary:

The Graphic Designer II creates polished brand-aligned visual assets that support a wide range of business needs across marketing product communications and internal initiatives. This role leads medium-to-large design projects collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and contributes to the evolution of Tekions visual identity. The ideal candidate has strong creative and technical skills thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of design outcomes from concept to delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design a variety of digital and print assets including campaign visuals presentation decks event materials product graphics and social media content
Translate complex ideas into clear visually engaging designs that support storytelling and strategic messaging
Contribute to the evolution and governance of Tekions visual brand system
Collaborate with marketing product and communications teams to gather requirements present design concepts and deliver final assets
Provide art direction for photoshoots illustrations or video components when applicable
Maintain organized design files and templates for reuse across the organization Mentor junior designers and participate in feedback and review cycles

Qualifications:

35 years of experience in graphic design visual communications or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Figma; motion/animation experience is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking visual storytelling and execution across formats
Ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and adapt to feedback
Excellent collaboration communication and presentation skills
Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices is a plus
